FAQ

What is required to pierce a minor?

Prior to booking an appointment for your minor child, please ensure you have all of the appropriate paperwork. In addition to state issued identification for the legal guardian who will sign for the minor, the minor client also needs to bring identification.

We CAN use: State issued non-driver identification card, Driver’s License, Learning Permit, Tribal ID card, Passport or Passport card, Birth Certificate and Military Dependent ID.

We CAN NOT use: School Identification Card (unless it is used as a secondary ID to any acceptable primary listed above, such as a birth certificate), tax paperwork, insurance cards, etc.

We must be able to ascertain a reasonable degree of certainty that the accompanying adult has legal right/responsibility to sign for the minor client. If names and addresses do not match on both pieces of ID, additional paperwork may be required. Please contact with additional questions prior to booking your appointment. Please note, in the event your minor does not yet have a learning permit or driver’s license, the State of Wyoming does issue non-driver Identification Cards from the DMV from a very young age.

Regardless of age, if you arrive for your appointment without appropriate paperwork, you will be denied service and may be charged a cancellation fee.

Can I bring my own jewelry?

It is extremely rare that we will pierce with or install outside jewelry, as in most cases we cannot verify quality and would rather not take the chance on your behalf. If there are specific styles you’re seeking, let us know and we will do what we are able to accommodate.

Am I able to bring a support human to my appointment?

While we focus hard on client comfort, we understand that getting a piercing can be both an exciting and intimidating experience. Provided your selected support human is, indeed, human - and able to follow some basic etiquette while in the studio, absolutely bring them along!

Do you take only cash, or are cards accepted?

Whatever is easiest for you suits us right down to the ground. In order to book an appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to secure your appointment to avoid no call/no shows; but this will only be charged in the event you bail on your appointment with no warning. Even if you book online and have your card held, you will still have the option to pay with cash at the time of your services.
